If I could give lower than one star I would. Dropped a riding lawn mower and a generator off over one year ago. I called multiple times to check the status and was reassured he would get to it. On most recent phone call I was told he still hadn’t done anything with it and that “those aren’t a priority.” Not how business should be done. If you can’t handle the work load you shouldn’t accept the work or make the customer aware of realistic timelines. Will not be going back and will not be suggesting this business.
Great service and friendly highly reccomend
Had a push mower there for 2 months and they never looked at it. Had to pick it up and go else where. I was very dissatisfied.

I have a seasonal property in Lake Delton. When my zero turn mower needed repair I stopped at Pfizer’s, I explained I did not have a trailer available to get my mower there. They picked it up for me, fixed it immediately and then brought it back to my house. What great old fashion service, and with a smile.
