PFG was recommended to me by my personal trainer to help with injuries both new and old. Chima was so thorough in getting to the root of my injuries and was very knowledgeable about going about healing them. My osteopath session was great and I'm looking forward to returning soon to move ahead with the healing process.
Chima is “AWESOME” !!! My first appointment with Chima was for my IT band. I could hardly walk up my stairs without the handrail. His thorough assessment and treatments, along with exercises fixed that problem. My second need for Chima’s care was for my left arm and wrist. I couldn’t twist my wrist without pain. My experience at PFG has been fantastic. The professionalism during training sessions, the friendly environment and the warn reception is amazing. The health tips I have learned during training session is top notch. I recommend PFG if you need to stay fit, loose weight, stay healthy and active. Thank you to all the staff and instructors of PFG.
Chima's therapy was really good for my elbow and back knee. I feel so lucky to have found him! His approach is hollistic. Je helped me a lot! Very warm person. I truly recommend him!
