My experience at PFG has been fantastic. The professionalism during training sessions, the friendly environment and the warn reception is amazing. The health tips I have learned during training session is top notch. I recommend PFG if you need to stay fit, loose weight, stay healthy and active. Thank you to all the staff and instructors of PFG.

I recommend for osteo!
I sought out Chima to help me deal with back and neck issues. He wisely suggested that I choose his Treat & Train option. The best of both worlds: treat the ailment, and train and strengthen the muscles. Chima is a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of body mechanics is excellent and he is the most positive and encouraging of trainers.
