The branch manager at this location was absolutely AMAZING, I believe her name is Vanna (not sure of the spelling). Me n sister were getting the run around from another branch about our dad’s estate n she fixed everything with 1 visit, absolutely wonderful
We stopped here on a bit of an impulse. We were thinking of buying another car and all my friends recommended getting pre-approved by your credit union. PFFCU held our last loan and we've been happy with our interactions. Nadirah walked us through the process and explained how auto drafts worked since I had never done it before and was nervous. I truly appreciate her patience and help.
Stopped coming to this branch. Literally everytime I went to this branch, majority of the women in this building have a bad attitude. Always act miserable and act like I am a bother. Nasty attitudes. South philly branch is alot nicer and happier employees glad I switched.
