It pains me to write this because we really do like Dr. Hansen, but we cannot continue to trust PLAH to oversee our pet's medical needs. My cat was being treated by PLAH for cancer. When he was diagnosed they emailed me treatment plan options. I reviewed and replied with what I wanted to do. A week later I had not heard back and had to call to follow up and get them to take action. I spent over $2000 on a botched ear implant surgery for my German Pinscher 'Rusty" and though Dr. Hansen acknowledges it was a failure, I'm not offered any sort of refund. Dr. Hansen and her family owned clinic are all about the money. Google my permanent Ripoff Report "Pfennig Lane Animal Hospital" and see the detailed story with before and after photos. My dog deserved much better care from this so called Hospital. In addition, I can't recommend using the canine ear implant marketed as PermaStay.
