It’s always refreshing to get a contractor who cares about quality and doing things right. The corners of my house were getting drenched with water every time it rained because the downspouts did not extend away from the house. Jeff Pfeil installed and extended downspout piping at least 20 feet, placed topsoil so that my yard slopes away from the house, and placed grass seed over everything.
