I've been very unimpressed with Pfeifle's customer service post-sale. I was told that they could provide me with a touch-up paint pen for the car purchased through them, and I've neither received it nor have they been good at communicating about it. The salesperson dodged my texts and calls in the beginning, attempted to gaslight me, and then assured he would send the paint pen with promise of calling once it was on the way.
