New salespeople, very inexperienced and cannot answer questions or give a simple carfax report for the vehicles they sell. Sales guy also expressed he can't sell a car on saturday because he doesnt know what he is even doing yet. Dont trust this business with your hard earned money. Defective used vehicles at outrageous prices higher than they book value at. Used to negotiate with this dealership in the past i guess thats not a thing anymore and yet another lost customer. Not impressed pfeifle!
I've been very unimpressed with Pfeifle's customer service post-sale. I was told that they could provide me with a touch-up paint pen for the car purchased through them, and I've neither received it nor have they been good at communicating about it. The salesperson dodged my texts and calls in the beginning, attempted to gaslight me, and then assured he would send the paint pen with promise of calling once it was on the way. Jesse was amazing, easiest car I have ever bought. In and out with no hassle. Will come back
