Super friendly, highly professional and very helpful VW specialists in Hove. My cruise control had suddenly stopped working and although I suspected the issue was "user error", I couldn't work out how to fix it. Mechanic Jim took the van for a spin ... and then took me for a spin to show me what I was doing wrong!!! Thank you Pfeiffers!
Replacement of dual mass flywheel on my VW, short waiting time for them to carry out the work which was about a week from when I phoned them with the fault, I felt that the service I received was honest and the advice given was true, the replacement of the little things for new, like, a crankshaft spigot bearing and flywheel bolts is a great sign of quality workmanship and good workshop practice, the price that I paid for parts and labour was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
