Super helpful - diagnosed problem for free when others were charging £150+VAT to do the same. Have to wait to get van in but service was very good

Super friendly, highly professional and very helpful VW specialists in Hove. My cruise control had suddenly stopped working and although I suspected the issue was "user error", I couldn't work out how to fix it. Mechanic Jim took the van for a spin ... and then took me for a spin to show me what I was doing wrong!!! Thank you Pfeiffers!
