Had a great experience with Dr. Harris! Got a cleaning and exam and it all went smooth.
My husband went in for a cleaning which led to a discovery of an issue with a crown. He was told there would be no charge for the services that day because the crown had failed. When he returned to fill two cavities, still expecting no charge for the first visit, they had him prepay for the fillings based on an "estimate". I called their office and asked why we would pay in advance for an "estimated" charge. I was told if we over paid they would keep the overpayment and use it toward a future visit. Dr. Harris handled my complicated crown procedure with so much care! He was very thorough and did a great job. He talked me through everything he did and went through the cost and benefits of each step. I am so impressed and hope to be a patient for life.
As a new person to the area I was excited to find a dentist like Dr. Harris. He is professional and serious about saving/fixing teeth with no judgement. His staff is great. Hard to find a dentist of this caliber in a small town. Highly recommend
