If I could leave less than one star i would.. this man does not deserve the title of Dr. My mother was referred to him for venous insafisancy from her primary dr. They have done all the test to determine this. He came in and spent less than 5 min with her and proceeded to tell her it was cause she was over weight (which she is not) and that her family history of anurrisum did not matter. Just wanted to say that this was the first time taking my mom to see Dr. Pfeiffer and we had a wonderful nurse named Anna and felt quite at ease with her and with the doctor. All staff were considerate and kind and Dr. Pfeiffer answered all of our questions confidently. I also had to call them after our visit and they responded very quickly to our questions about meds.
Ralph Pfeiffer doctor doesn't deserve the title "Dr." His behavior was absolutely disgraceful and utterly unbecoming of the medical profession. His condescending attitude, arrogance, and blatant disrespect toward my elderly parent were intolerable. Instead of offering compassion and care, he chose to belittle, dismiss, and humiliate someone who came to him in good faith seeking help. Kept interrupting me when I was not understanding the question he was asking or the answer he was expecting should I say. Arrogant man o went home and cried. I am 84 years old and never been spoken to like this before. Very rude.
My father-in-law went here two months ago after being referred to him by his PCP. Him and my mother-in-law arrived early so that they could do any paperwork that they needed to do and also just to be on time because it’s a vascular surgeon. Of course there’s going to be a long wait.
