This company completed structural work on my home 12 years ago, as part of the inspection process for the family I purchased the home from. Now I am selling the home, and Pfeiffer Construction/Remodeling‘s work is not up to code. Floor joists do not overlap with the beam by the required amount in order to pass my buyer’s inspection so that I can settle on the home.
