Doug was wonderful to work with and his support staff was amazing as well.
Would not recommend this firm, lack of follow-up on their part with insurance company to hold my vehicle for inspection and data collection. Vehicle was released for auction and law firm was unaware. I stopped following up to focus on my recovery from auto accident and now after waiting over a year, I learn there is no case being that the inspection and data was not recovered. This was not my fault and now I have not recourse.
They will truly work with you every step of the way. They helped me out when I thought I was going to walk away with nothing but extra bills.
