Chris was great to work with on a recent claim for a mutual customer. Very responsive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to keep the process moving. You can tell this shop takes pride in their work, and Chris played a big part in making things smooth on our end. Always appreciate working with shops like this.

I called Pfefferle to ask if I could get my car (an antique car) aligned and how much it would be. I was told that they were covered up with work, that my car is a low priority for them, I'd be at the back of the line and it would sit there for two weeks before they could get to it. I went down the street to Tire Discounters and within the course of 2 hours, it was done. No issues, no drama. Pfefferle could have been a lot nicer about the way they worded things. I am from out of down. I was investigating a used car. The staff not only answered the phone quick but were very polite. During the vehicle inspection they were not only thorough, but pleasant to chat with while I was waiting. I would not hesitate to used these guys again for any automotive needs
