My mother died there as a consequence of negligence, my sister discovered my mother had broken hip and shoulder 2 days after it had happened. How did she brake her hip and shoulder when she was not able to walk?. When we confronted them they denied any wrongdoing

If your loved one has many issues and isn't very active or verbal, you are in great hands. If they start recovering and having a mind of their own, put them somewhere else. The staff is great and caring but really can't handle people with mental issues. The owner doesn't pay his staff enough either. And if you give 30 days notice, you only have to pay through the last day of your notice, not the move in date. My attorney backs me up on that.
