Greg is an amazing sales person very attentive & Jo and the service staff really make sure to treat customers with respect and care. One of the best HD dealers in the GTA
Came in for a simple ring bell. Walked past a whole squad of employees—apparently I’m invisible. Cashier was too busy sharing a memoir with another customer, then personally escorted him to service like it was prom night. Still no “Hi,” no “I’ll be right with you,” not even a glance my way. If you’re looking for customer service, bring a flashlight and a search party. Next time I'll go to Barrie Harley. You guys should get customer service training from them. So embarrassing 😂😂😂
I recently called this dealership’s service department for a simple handlebar adjustment on my brand-new bike. Instead of offering help, I was told I could only bring it in on Saturday, with no effort to accommodate me. When I explained that this was a new purchase and something that should have been checked before delivery, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
