Worst experience ever, good luck getting anyone on the phone at the service department. Even your service advisor doesn't answer the phone, god forbid you miss their call, you will never speak with a human. This is a new development; I've been getting my service done by them for years, and all of a sudden, they have stopped answering all inbound calls in the past few months. I will be taking my car elsewhere going forward.
