I recently had my Audi serviced at this shop and received outstanding service. The paint job was done with meticulous attention to detail, and the communication exceeded expectations. Mindy was highly professional throughout, handling all the extra details related to the rental vehicle and coordinating with a third party involved in the service. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Totally useless. Terrible customer service who lost my estimate the first time, then almost lost it a second time. Then no communication or anyone taking responsibility for 5 months of delays. You have to keep following up to get any answers. Gave me the runaround and wasted my time. Could have gotten my car repaired somewhere competent and sold it for a higher price if this place hadn’t taken so long and messed so many things up.
I was rear-ended and took my car to Pfaff Autoworks to be repaired. Sam who oversaw the repair work was amazing as was Richard who dealt with the rental. Everything went smoothly, perfectly and I got my car back so quickly. It felt like I got back a brand new car. It was immaculate on the inside and out. I couldn’t be happier. I would 100 per cent recommend Pfaff Autoworks! Jodi
Unfortunately, I had use Pfaff AutoWorks because I got into a vehicle accident, but Mindy walked me through it step by step and tear by tear! :P She was so patient with all my questions and my vehicle doesn't even look as if it was at a body shop. Vehicle was clean inside and out and ready to go when I arrived. Thank you, Mindy!
