When I called for an estimate the person on the phone was very vague. The way this works is they have you sign for $79 before the repair is started. Then when the repairman has completed his diagnosis, he starts out with a high price and it's up to you to negotiated down to a reasonable price. My oven repair required a $30 igniter part and it took the repairman about an half hour to complete the repair. The charge he quoted me was $320 ! So beware of this company and how they do business. Purchased a new HVAC with this company a couple years back. We have been very pleased with the unit and the service. Any time we have needed assistance Ken has been attentive, professional and always gotten to us quickly. I would highly recommend any services they offer, they absolutely stand by their work!
