Very friendly gentleman this morning. Sorry if I spooked him coming up the driveway, he happened to show up just as tree clearing was starting. I appreciate his flexibility moving his work van even though it was further from his work site. Very professional.
Worst company ever. I have never been so unhappy with customer service after spending so much money. Will never send another person to them.
I called them to order countertops. Had a chat with Jesse. Sent the measurements like he told me to. Crickets…. Never heard back from him or anyone at all. So ordered my countertops from another business.
I was looking for new counter tops for two bathrooms and stopped in. A terrible experience and the salesperson made me feel like he did not have time for such a small job. He could not get rid of me fast enough. Will never go back.
Today on HWY 28 in Bonnyville a PF Countertop van passed 4 vehicles at a speed of 161km/h as I sped up to match him to really see. Then proceeds to pass a 3 vehicle train nearly colliding with a tanker in the other lane. Extremely unprofessional and when I called to raise the issue with the company I was passed off to a voicemail 3 times and have heard nothing back. I would never hire a company that employs drivers that would endanger the lives of other drivers so carelessly.
