This is one of my favorite locations, and I love the main server Regina is awesome!!
The woman in charge of to go orders today REGINA was extremely rude and careless. Was literally yelling at me about how great she is at her job!! She handed our $70+ order to the wrong person. Told me it wasn’t very busy and when I requested my replacement two hours later she claims it’s been a busy day.Then proceeded to act like she wasn’t going to replace it like it wasn’t her fault because as she said to me she’s been doing this for years and she’s really good at her job! First, they removed Gluten Free from the menu in this location, but it still lets you order. This is to go only, which I knew. Staff is super nice and for her patience I give the supervisor 10 stars. But PF Changs has had too much turn over with the CEOs and they are running this into the ground. Good concept, poor execution.
I ordered 3 dishes to go and all of them were awful 😞 I was disappointed Lol Mei was not tasty the chicken was dry , not juicy and soft ;-( crab Rangoon had don't know what inside with some lemony zesty sauce not good at all and the pieces were burned brown I am sorry but it wasn't to consume . Mywrrice wraps was the same not sure what was in the chicken pieces s-some crunchy pieces of a veggie and barely any chicken again small crushed up pieces with way to much brown /teriyaki sauce I guess deprived of any taste !
