Ordered thru Uber Eats. That part of it was fine and the delivery guy was fantastic. However the chicken bowl that I got was absolutely disgusting. I was hungry so I picked out the meat and ate that and the edamame was fine, but wow. If you are expecting any sort of quality, go somewhere else. Even the fortune cookies were stale. I was disappointed.
This is a laid-back fast food restaurant where the ordering process is simple and doesn’t require any social effort (that's what I value most). In the US, fake socializing, feigned respect, and moral blackmail are everywhere, I need more authentic dining environments free from social obligations.
Delivery order arrived no utensils, napkins or condiments clearly in the order and arrived to hotel and lid was off the entree order and it cold. No utensils or microwave in hotel room. Called store at 6:45 pm on 4/1 and supervisor Nolan gave no apology and passed it off as Doordash issue when in fact PF Changs pack and seals the bag this was a restaurant problem and terrible customer service. I was gifted a PF Changs gift card for $50. I came to this location 213 W Hubbard, the ONLY one left in the city. They rejected my gift card saying it’s only good at the bistro locations…..how embarrassing.
