We were hungry and went to PF Chang at West Chester Ohio location at 11:00 am. We waited for 10 minutes but was not served not even asked for drinks to satisfy our hunger and thirst. Another 10 minutes, nobody came to get our order. So, we left a dollar on the table and left. I wondered why this business existed who didn't know customer service
Service even during a busy dinner time was excellent. Portion was large and cooked perfectly. Sesame chicken, shaking beef, orange chicken, Korean BBQ are all excellent at this location
