The food quality has gone down tremendously at PF Changs. It used to be really good, almost gourmet type Chinese food. Today I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp lunch special it was $15.99 and the portion was extremely small and the brown rice tasted like it was microwaved and undercooked hard rice. They also did not give you enough rice with the shrimp. I had more shrimp than rice. It was very dissapointing. What a great service from the manager to the waiters, there was a separate menu for those with food allergies, it was a Mother’s Day and I was gifted a flower🥺 I forgot my waiters name but he took out the noodle that I didn’t like and eat out of the bill without me asking, and was super sweet about it. I have been to many restaurants including high end restaurants but this one really impressed me. Great job! 10/10 on the service!
