Very bad service we did not even get the untensells until we asked them this was the first This happened and do not get me started in the food the food very bad too sweet all of them were like that this was the only PF change I been too that is terrible
Chante was amazing, very helpful and just talkative enough. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. Couldn’t be happier even the price was lower than expected.
This was my second time ordering from PFchang’s Orland park and it will be my last. Ordered a to go order for 5:30 pick up and didn’t receive it to 6:00pm. Waited in lobby for 30minutes. The food was not great. Mongolian beef was cold and tough to eat. Garlic noodles had no cucumbers or cilantro. Forgot to mention a door dasher came in 10 minutes after me and receive his order before I did.
Matthew was a truly wonderful server. He was very patient with our kids, friendly, positive and attentive without being overly so. We hope to get Matthew again!
