My husband and I frequently dine out at least three times a week. We've never been able to get into the new P.F. Chang's in Annapolis until we decided to visit for an early lunch today (before noon). On our arrival at the restaurant, it was still fairly empty with plenty of available seating, including several vacant booths, one of which we requested (particularly since it was cold outside and we wanted to have a private conversation).
