I was with friends & went for dinner after shopping. One of my friends ordered a large salad that she very much enjoyed. I marked the service down 1 star due to the salad. It was brought out fairly quickly. We thought it meant the other 2 dishes would be brought very soon afterwards so the one with salad started eating. The other 2 dishes were not brought out until the first had finished off her salad. Otherwise it would have been all 5 stars.
I’ve never been to a PF Changs before, but we just happened to be passing by during dinner and decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service, and our waitress Achara was incredibly kind, quick, and made sure we had a great dinner.
What a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, which made for a very enjoyable meal. Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Chad provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond. He was attentive, checked in with us frequently, kept us updated on how our food was coming along, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides.

Food on lunch menu was lacking flavor but they’re newly open. Bartender almost ignored us after taking our order. Usually good service and everything is good too.
