Great food......sorry......FANTASTIC food. Great service. Good job.
This is not against our server in any way...he was great. But we were there for over an hour and had only gotten our drinks and an appetizer. The reason, we were told, was because of so many To-Go orders...Uber eats, Doordash. This is ridiculous that you would make people sitting IN the restaurant wait over an hour for their entrees while you rush the togo orders. Horrible! I’ve been going to P.F. Chang’s for over 20 years. This is by far the worst in the country. Three days before Christmas. The last Sunday before Christmas and the restaurant was completely empty. Now we know why. Hot and sour soup was broth with nothing in it. Lettuce wraps were horrible with brown gravy and not the traditional P.F. Chang’s sauce. Crispy honey chicken was soggy and tasteless.
