This was a disappointing visit as we used to enjoy P.F. Chang's. We have not been to P.F. Chang's in a few years and probably will not return. Everything felt dingy and sticky; service was subpair (spent 5 mins discussing spicy sauce on the side for the wontons to come out w/sauce on them; forgetting simple requests; didn't really know the menu); watched as dirty plates were left on tables for over 10 mins (it was not busy); food was undercooked or overcooked (dumplings; rice; etc.), oversauced & seasoned; lettuce wraps (an ... read more
Main courses came out before starters were finished. One member of party had spare ribs,wasn't offered a wet wipe to clean hands. Had to ask for eating utensils for to eat our mains. Starter plates remained on table whilst we ate our main. Had to ask to have them removed. No-one around to ask for bill, All in all,poor service.
