Poor pricing for the quality/amount.
Foods great, service is solid, it’s a decent chain restaurant. Problem is the prices. It’s just too much for what you get. A decent local Chinese place will get you 90% of the quality for 59% of the cost.
Ordered curbside pick up on Sunday November 30th around 11:30. Part of the order was the lunch Kung Pao chicken with NO peanuts. Got home to find it riddled with peanuts. I called immediately and was transferred to the male manager working that day. He offered to refund it. I asked if he needed my name he said no we haven’t had many pickups yet today so I can figure it out. Fast forward a week and he never issued the refund. Subpar service all around. I want my refund.

Ling was an amazing and attentive server. She gave great recommendations on the menu and helped narrow down my options. The firecracker shrimp lunch meal was delicious and a great value! Loved the egg drop soup! Thanks ling! Edit Dec 2nd 2025- we visited PF Chang’s Clearwater again today and Ling was our server. What a pleasant surprise! If we could give her 6 stars, we would! Ask for Ling next time you dine here!
