After going to pf changs for many years, sad to say I think it's done. We went last night group of 7 no wait place 1/2 full food not only tasteless but also plastic in our chicken lettuce wraps. I had Mongolian beef it was dry hard and maybe 6 tiny pieces of meat. Bad really bad . So sad they lost everything that made them good. Sad to say it's an old outdated dinosaur!
so tonight, I ordered food online through the P.F. Chang's website. upon arrival, my daughter went and looked for her food and noticed it wasn't there. Out of the eight that I ordered 3 were missing. I called the restaurant and the manager Megan answer the phone. I explained the situation and the way she handled it was more than I could've asked for.
