Food and server were great. Left a free appetizer punch card on the table, didn't use it on that visit because got engrossed in conversation. Then forgot about it. Called after we had been gone 15 minutes and they "couldn't find the card" which has been left in middle of the table. Not eating at PF Chang again because of that issue.
Went to this location for an early dinner this past weekend and had an awful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone - the price does not match the quality of the food and the customer service is terrible. Made a reservation for 4:15PM, arrived on time, took 15 minutes or so to decide what to order, and didn’t get our entrees for an HOUR (only after asking someone who was not our server to check on our food, our server did not check on us consistently).
