Average food, terrible service. I have no clue how this place has 4.5 stars. It was practically empty when we came and the service was still unbelievably slow. They also forgot to bring us silverware/napkins (both when they sat us down and when they brought us food) so we had to go get it ourselves. The plates they gave us were dirty. The food itself was very average - one dish was barely warm.
Todd AKA Sal is by far the best server this place has ! Hes very tentative to his tables , he makes sure food and drinks are out swiftly ! Hes a very happy , outgoing server and this location let alone any restaurant is lucky to have him . I’ll definitely be switching locations when he retires 😅. The food is amazing at every location , but to find a server like Todd AKA Sal is special . Thank you my friend 🙏
Knowing that PF CHANGS had replaced the University Place location that Vapiano’s had, was the reason I dined in. … The choice was worth it. … The bartender, Quenta, made all the difference. She suggested menu choices (I ordered orange chicken, rice and seared dumplings) and they stocked Kahlua and Baileys at the bar. … The staff was pleasant, the food tasty and well seasoned. I joined the Rewards, and Quenta made sure I got the BUBBLES with my Key Lime dessert. She was AWESOME! #PFCHANGS
