Keith was the best waiter ever, he had the most polite voice and tone, he was very kind and his service put us in a good mood for the rest of the day. I came to PF Changs as a part of my week long birthday celebration. I was not disappointed. Upon entering the hostess was extremely welcoming. When we sat and looked at the menus, we literally wanted to try everything. The lettuce wraps were amazing. The bao buns were delicious. The Orange Chicken was so flavorful. I had lunch here with a friend some time ago. I can't remember what I ordered for two reason: 1) it was incredibly mediocre and 2) it was incredibly expensive. To start, the place was empty AT LUNCH, in an incredibly busy area, but the host tried to pressure the two of us to sit at the bar for some discount. Located in the East Village, P.F. Chang’s has a convenient location and a pleasant atmosphere. We visited for lunch on a weekday, so the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, which made for a relaxed experience. The ambience was great, and the service was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Our server was attentive, kind, and patient with us throughout the meal.
