I've been a long time fan of P.F. Chang's & back when I wore a tie would visit a couple of times a month. It's been awhile, so when I saw this location in Lubbock, during on a long rode trip ,I was excited. Unfortunately that excitement was short lived. The service was fantastic, seated quickly, food came out quickly, all my needs met. However, the food was sub par. The rice was dry like it came out of a buffet style food warmer.
