First of all, please don't say they serve authentic Chinese food. Just ask any Chinese growing up eating authentic Chinese food, you will not hear them say that. Sometimes I wonder who is cooking in the kitchen. When they first opened, I accompaied friends there 3 times. The one dish I order everytime came out 3 different ways. And the server didn't even know enough about the dish. She insisted it's a spicy dish but it's not and there's not a spicy sign on the menu for that dish. The service was less than expected, the waiter didn't even ask what rice, one would prefer with the entrees being ordered, leading to confusion when (another person) the server, brought some rice, but not enough rice for those who should have had it. The unsweetened tea - doesn't exist on the menu, you must order it as a flavored item, like a fruity tasting tea, or sweetened. What a great place for authentic chinese food. nice atmosphere...sometimes a long wait but good things are worth waiting for.
I've been there many times and I love it. Although its always busy and I've had to wait even after making reservations, I love it and will go over and over again.
