Horrible experience at P.F. Chang's Southpoint. My husband and I have been there frequently, but the food has gotten worse and worse. For lunch yesterday, I had an overly salty egg-drop soup (typical of P.F. Chang's) with a Thai Peanut Salad that was inedible (soggy peanuts and no flavor). My companion enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps, but her Spicy Honey Shrimp was so soggy it was practically inedible. Our server was clueless. Entrees came out when we were in the middle of our soup/lettuce wraps .
