Horrible experience at P.F. Chang's Southpoint. My husband and I have been there frequently, but the food has gotten worse and worse. For lunch yesterday, I had an overly salty egg-drop soup (typical of P.F. Chang's) with a Thai Peanut Salad that was inedible (soggy peanuts and no flavor). My companion enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps, but her Spicy Honey Shrimp was so soggy it was practically inedible. Our server was clueless. Entrees came out when we were in the middle of our soup/lettuce wraps .
Was visiting friends from out of town on 10/18 and we went to this restaurant as a group in afternoon. Server appeared to overwhelmed with high level of tables and not overly attentive. In addition overheard conversations when heading to restroom related to same server yelling and using profanity towards a coworker. Unprofessional and I hope this server was written up. In my prior years as a business owner this server would have been fired on the spot.
Our favorite place to dine in Atlantic City is PF Chang's. We had such a beautiful experience on 9/17/21, which was our 21st Wedding Anniversary. After speaking to the Senior Manager, Arthur who is so very personable, he created a special night by setting up a private table in the corner including a champagne toast.
