We had a reservation and it was not honored. We stood in line for 1/2 hour while watching others getting seated that arrived after us. The waiter forgot our rice sides. After bringing them out, the rice was crunchy. We never got refills for our waters. The food was not up to the normal dishes we have enjoyed in the past.
We went to PF Chang’s in Lancaster after a long gap. We went to the ones in Phoenix and Baltimore and a few other locations in the meantime, but Lancaster location, for no good reason whatsoever, fell off the radar for a while. Our memory and the experiences in the other locations is that the food was really good. This time, unfortunately, we didn’t feel the same. Food was awesome and the service was great.
Did a pick up order and the food was disgusting. Paid to have a nice dinner with family and barely got anything tasty out of it. School cafeteria food taste way better than this place. Extremely disappointing since it was pricey. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Family ended up having food poisoning. Will never try their food again.
