The atmosphere and staff were fantastic, but the food(other than the lettuce wraps) was ehh. Good vibes, I might go back for the lettuce wraps or when I have a severe sodium deficiency Update: food was still(other than the lettuce wraps and the crispy rice) just bad. I'm not sure how I ended up with breaded kung Pao chicken but it didn't make it any better than the last visit/attempt. Bar staff was fantastic tho
It's 1151 and the kitchen still isnt open. I made a togo order for 1117 am. When i showed up all the employees were still waiting outside to get in. I decided to go shopping while i waited because i was so excited. I got back at about 1130 and the staff was still outside. I decided to leave and get something else for lunch. I understand people sleep in sometimes, so i just called for a refund. Apparently i need to speak to the manager in order to get a refund for them not servicing me. The waitress is the best She was as some Love it
Jill was absolutely amazing! She even stayed after her shift was supposed to end to serve us as the next server was running late. She was very prompt with drinks, updating us on the status of our food, packing the left overs, and checking in the perfect amount. Wonderful wonderful service!
Chris took great care of us, but it was Chayse who elevated the experience. His vibe was genuine and he got to know us as people. He managed to make a huge chain restaurant feel like a generationally owned neighborhood staple- no small feat. Not to mention the food was dynamite. I typically avoid chains, but I can’t wait to go back here. Well done!
