We got here for dinner when it was slow. We waited for an hour and all we got were drinks. No appetizers, no main dishes. If the place was super busy I would be more understanding but there were at most maybe four tables and even the table behind us got nothing and they got in after us. Very disappointed in the service. The Coke Zero was good but we only got one drink in total.
We loved Jill!! Fun night out great atmosphere.
Gabe was a wonderful waiter and was very helpful and conscious of all of our needs. He gave us great recommendations, and we will be coming back again soon.
We love PF Chang's anyways, but we had a wonderful lunch there on Thursday, June 4th, mostly due to the friendly manager, and our awesome waitress, Ashley! She was very patient with my 7 year old son, who is neurodivergent, and listened and asked him lots of questions. She spent more time than necessary with us for sure and was very, very kind and attentive! We'll definitely be back for the delicious food, and I hope we have her as our server again!
