I have not been to a PF CHANGS in 7 years and now I know why. The food is AWFUL. The PF Changs is better at your local grocery store compared to what I received at the restaurant. Panda Express and your local Chinese food is 100x better. The Mongolian beef tasted like beef jerky. The meat was dry and tough. The chicken and broccoli was water down. I suppose it can be sort of a normal thing for stir fries to be sweet. I'm not talking about the obviously sweet ones. I mean just like straight ahead stir fries, like a Buddha's Feast for example. It's not like they use a lot but, for me, any amount of sweetness is offensive. Keeps me from wanting to come back to this place. Hey, the spring rolls were wonderful!
