Michael was fantastic!
Absolutely terrible. Evening of 6th September arriving at around 7pm. The lady that showed us to the table had zero warmth and lack of any interest. The place was pretty quiet. Lots of staff. We were sat there for 10 minutes with not even a glass of water. I went to see the same lady and she said she would send a server over. A man turned up.
