I frequently order takeout from the Rancho Mirage restaurant. I know what I should be getting! Tonight I ordered the Sesame Chicken Special w/ brown rice and soup. The to-go container has two sections one for the rice the other for the main dish. This time they dumped the rice on top of the main dish. Rice section empty. What Chinese restaurant does that?
