I ordered online, everything gluten-free, from the gluten-free menu. I added tofu to my mongolian beef. They should have mentioned that the tofu was not gluten free. Either mention it on your website, or the cashier shoukd have told me. Unacceptable. Last time I went to a PF Chang, which, to be fair, was a different one (Lakewood) they stole added more tip then I had already left. For a $40 order (for one person), I would expect decent service. This was my last time wasting my money at PF Chang.
They took over 50min for us to get our food ones we got it our order was wrong and when they brought out the brown rice it wasn’t fully cooked.. I’m assuming this is why they didn’t bring our food out, I’m sure they were waiting for the rice to cook, if they would of told us we could of switched it to something else but instead they rather hide the fact they ran out.. I’ll never come back to this location again it’s poorly ran by management with 0 communication skills.
We ate here before a comedy show across the street. The food was great and our server, T’Anna, was attentive and friendly. We will return soon for dinner.
