Stopped at P.F. Chang's to unwind after a long, hard day of work, and sitting at the bar was the best decision I could have made. Emily at the host stand started things off right with a very warm, friendly, and professional welcome. Once at the bar, Scott completely knocked it out of the park. He is a consummate professional—super knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent suggestions. Took grandkids 17 and 15 to the freehold location after a movie. Eggrolls served lukewarm. Mongolian beef overcooked and tough. Egg drop soup not like before lacking deep base and flavor. Grandson who loves food had the Mongolian trio and didn't eat even half. Overall very disappointed. However our server was very nice and accommodating. Needless to say we will not be returning.
2nd time here, and finally got to sit in the booth area , Sarah the server went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, especially with my mother's very deadly seafood allergy, she help here with printing out a non seafood menu and went above and beyond to make sure there were no instances of contamination, the food is 5 star and experience is always well worth the wait , also the restaurant is extremely clean from the dining area to the bathroom you could practically eat off the floors in here.
