We come here all the time and this was the worse experience. To start off the hostess tried to sit our party of 5 at a small round table for 4 and add a chair when she can clearly see my mom was in a walker with her knee stitched up. Please read the room. Janira wasn’t the best waitress. We had to wait too long and she barely checked on us. My first time dining here, wasn't too impressed.
We had such a wonderful lunch at P.F. Chang’s today! My mom, my brother, and I had a lovely time, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our server, Nicole, was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She checked on us often and made sure everything was perfect. Giselle, our food runner, was friendly and efficient, bringing our meals out promptly with a smile.
