I have always believed that the best way to know really good managers in not by seeing them excelling, but when they fail and try to recover. My wife and I were on our way to a school function and had some time to spare. We decided to eat at P.F. Chang's. We sat and ordered but there was a problem with our order and we never got any food. We waited patiently, but when we had to leave we told the waitress that we just needed to leave. Excellent service. We ate and had the lettuce wraps as an appetizer that were delivwered to the table prmptly before the meal. Highly recommend!
