Had the Mongolian Beef. Wasn't horrible, but the meat was tough.
Jenna was amazing and very accommodating ! and jesse the manager was so nice!
Not a good experience, server was way out of her league. One of the dishes we got was a 1/3 of a portion. They had 1/2 of the resturant open and everybody cramed in there and an entire other side empty. That tells me they are more interested in not having to work hard and make the customer experience suck for the better of the PF Changs employees. Love the food, just not ever going back to PF Changs Opre Mills. Don't see you being in busniss very long
First time at P.F. Changs here at Opry! My family and I had Jenna as our server, and she was spectacular! Love her positive attitude and her passion for the desserts! Highly recommend her and coming back here! Thank you Jenna!
I’ve only ever done take out here. We do it probably once a month. 65% of the time it’s terrible service, never three times they say. Several occasions we have had to go find someone because no one is at the take out area. Like today, they lady was rude and acted annoyed. It’s been 35 past when it was supposed to be ready. No apologies, no answers, just wait and see. This is absolutely so unprofessional and unacceptable. They need new management and better service and leadership at this point
