Potential Customer, I called Mike Pezzino for a free estimate which he offers. This was for a rental property which was damaged by renters. He gave me an quote over the phone but never a written quote even after leaving him two phone messages asking for it. I called him a third time asking for him to please call me back. He called me back and I explained that I was going to court and would need his written estimate and that if (when) I won I would like him to start on the job.
