Nothing short of amazing. We had another agent trying to rent our property out and had zero interest in 6 weeks and poor communication. We were recommended to try Pezet Matheson and within a week we had tenants moving in. Their communication and genuine care made the whole process so easy and trouble free. We can’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond our expectations to deliver high quality service to us.
Hannah was a pleasure to deal with…her professionalism meant we were able to secure the right tenants for our property immediately. I highly recommend using her for all property management requirements.

I’ve had a great experience working with Aliya as my property manager so far. She is always professional, responsive, and approachable. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she’s communicated clearly and followed up promptly. I would happily recommend Aliya to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property manager.
