Unfortunately, our experience at Pez Vela was very disappointing, largely because of our server, Karen. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit and made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we interacted with her. What was supposed to be a nice celebration turned into a frustrating experience because of her attitude and the way she treated our group.
