Nick from Pez Air has for a long time, helped my family and relatives set up their air conditioning systems with top quality workmanship and professionalism. This time, they came for a removal and install of a new air con unit. They charged us very competitively - only ~$3,000 for a Daikin Cora 7kW. This was for supply, install and removal of all rubbish. Pez Air Nick came out to repair a split system, the system was buggered at 15 + years old, he replaced it with a new one, removed the old in with the new up and running. removed the old one from site left our place neat clean and tidy nothing is to much trouble for Nick & crew great job well done guys 5-star rating, could not speak highly enough of Pez air
I had recently engaged the services of Nick and his team at Pez Air to replace our air cooling system at the factory unit. Nick is very friendly and easy to talk to and knowledgeable in his field. Service was quick, efficient and professional. Exceptional when one of his staff members (at the end of a long, very hot day) went back onto the roof to take photos, for me, of repairs to guttering that had supposedly been done. Had a replacement ducted reverse cycle system fitted by Nick and his guys, they did a great job and even removed fencing without extra cost. At first it wasn't blowing very cold and we had to run rooms separately, Nick came back out and fixed the problem without issue, he cut out some of the old ducting and diverted the air and it is way better than the system he replaced. I would definitely recommend Pez Air, there customer service is great, and nothing was an issue. Thanks for your help Nick!
