I’ve been Dr.Basti’s patient for the past 20 years and he’s been a good doctor. However, his staff NASIM EBADIAN is a terribly incompetent staff member. She has no respect for the patients and is extremely rude. She has 0 respect for peoples time and is exhaustingly lazy. It is a huge shame that Dr.Basti who is a good doctor has this problematic individual working for him.
As a family physician, Dr. Basti is highly professional. He has been my family doctor for over 18 years. His new assistants and receptionist are adding value to every single visit. A great family physician can help you get the best specialist visit in less than a month (if it's an emergency). His patients are a priority for him. He was the worst family doctor I've ever met. He doesn't care about the patient's well-being at all. He doesn't even allow questions to be asked.
I have had several negative experiences with NASIM, the secretary at Dr. Basti’s office. Her communication is consistently unprofessional, and her tone is often aggressive, especially when I ask questions or try to make arrangements that she can’t accommodate. On multiple occasions, she has been short-tempered and displayed a bad attitude, which is completely inappropriate for someone in her position. This level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the entire practice.
