As a family physician, Dr. Basti is highly professional. He has been my family doctor for over 18 years. His new assistants and receptionist are adding value to every single visit. A great family physician can help you get the best specialist visit in less than a month (if it's an emergency). His patients are a priority for him. He was the worst family doctor I've ever met. He doesn't care about the patient's well-being at all. He doesn't even allow questions to be asked.
I have had several negative experiences with NASIM, the secretary at Dr. Basti’s office. Her communication is consistently unprofessional, and her tone is often aggressive, especially when I ask questions or try to make arrangements that she can’t accommodate. On multiple occasions, she has been short-tempered and displayed a bad attitude, which is completely inappropriate for someone in her position. This level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the entire practice.
Dr. Basti has been our family physician for the past 20 years and we couldn’t be happier. He is a truly caring, professional, and knowledgeable doctor and has always helped me get the best care possible. Thank you Dr. Basti for being the best family physician.
