Dr. Peyvand Basti is an excellent family doctor. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. His recommendations are thoughtful and professional, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. Appointments are well managed and on time, and his team is friendly and organized. I highly recommend Dr. Basti and his staff!
I’ve been Dr.Basti’s patient for the past 20 years and he’s been a good doctor. However, his staff NASIM EBADIAN is a terribly incompetent staff member. She has no respect for the patients and is extremely rude. She has 0 respect for peoples time and is exhaustingly lazy. It is a huge shame that Dr.Basti who is a good doctor has this problematic individual working for him.
As a family physician, Dr. Basti is highly professional. He has been my family doctor for over 18 years. His new assistants and receptionist are adding value to every single visit. A great family physician can help you get the best specialist visit in less than a month (if it's an emergency). His patients are a priority for him.
