Everything was fine for a monthly rental. Go by to have it checked every week. He said everything was fine. Then no one was there for dropoff and we were leaving town. Left the key in their drop box, took pictures of the cart on all sides. 4 days later they processed a $196 to our card for no reason. Never even reached out to us there was any problem. Guess that's why no one was there for our dropoff date. Ripoff! We have been renting carts a lot of years and NEVER had a problem!
